Georgy Mikhailovich Tretyakov was born on December 1, 1945 in Dnepropetrovsk . Mother - Tretyakova Elizaveta Alekseevna raised her son on her own, was a sociable and active person, experienced many difficulties in the process of raising her son and providing education.
