Biography
At the end of the course, he studied at the Perm Gymnasium at the Tarandt Royal Forest Academy (in Saxony ) and the Petrovsky-Razumov Forest and Agricultural Academy . In the summer of 1868, as a student at the academy, he accompanied the Altai expedition of the German geologist Bernhard von Kotta , during which Teploukhov managed to collect material on the Altai flora. At the end of the course in 1872, he was a district forester at the Petrovsky Academy, and since 1875, the chief forester at the Ilyinsky estate of the Perm province, Count Stroganov . He opened a violet in the vicinity of the village of Ilyinsky, named after him by his beloved teacher Moritz Vilkoma - Viola mauritii (Notes of the Ural Society of Lovers of Natural History, VII vol. 2 issue, 1882) [1] .
