Rumors are circulating in the American press that pieces of substance, strange objects and bodies of unknown creatures, classified by the military , were discovered on the ground in the 1940s on the earth. These rumors are indirectly confirmed by the testimonies of people claiming to be called eyewitnesses, and by anonymous reports and documents of no less dubious reliability (not all sources are indicated here). The most famous story of this kind is the world famous Roswell incident .

U.S. finds reports
Stanton Friedman allegedly met with retired sergeant E. Gregory, a former member of the accountable air defense squadron 3602, who was supposed to search for unknown objects that land on the ground, and unknown objects found on the ground. The existence of this squadron No. 4602 in 1954 was confirmed by E. Ruppelt (see " Ufology " ), according to him, during the war she was engaged in shooting down aircraft and interrogating pilots [1] .
Object Locations
The most popular places in the legend are the cities of Roswell and Aztec in New Mexico . According to the 1950 book by F. Scully, Behind the flying saucers , there were also two more places in Arizona where similar things were discovered. Also T. Sechel cited the story of the chief of the military police, Colonel D. Bowen, who, during the year between 1948 and 1950, shared a 90- foot drive with a humanoid inside, allegedly falling in Mexico , near Laredo ( Texas ) [1] . T. Good ( English Good ) in a book published in 1987 in London, “Above top secret” refers to something similar, discovered in Phoenix ( Arizona ) in 1947; L. Stringfield ( English Leonard Stringfield ) pointed out in the book "UFO Crash Syndrome" ( 1980 ) to Arizona in 1953 , the southwestern United States of 1957 , to Pennsylvania in 1965 and to Michigan in 1975 (according to Stringfield, after World War II war in the United States was made 12 such finds) [2] .
Joseph Rohrer, 1952
D. Rohrer, president of a radio company from Colorado , risking a career and a good name, began to declare that he had visited the discovered "flying saucer." In total, 7 things were captured, 3 of them in Montana , and in one, a living humanoid was allegedly discovered, with whom they tried to communicate. Not all details of his messages coincided with Scully's book [1] .
Gerald Light, 1964
On April 16, 1954, Meid Lane, the author of the hypothesis of the “ethereal” origin of UFOs (read “Hypotheses for the emergence of UFOs in parallel worlds” about his positions), as if he received a letter from his acquaintance “a gifted and highly educated writer and lecturer” . It is impossible to verify the truth of what was said, but these people really existed.
My dear friend, I just returned from Muyrok ... I traveled with Franklin Allen from the Hearst Newspaper Syndicate, Edwin Nurses from the Brookings Institution and Bishop McIntyre from Los Angeles ... When we were allowed to enter the restricted area (after six hours of rechecking all kinds of episodes , twists and turns of our private and public life), I felt with extraordinary clarity that the world had come to an end ... The reality of aeroforms of “other dimensions”, now and forever having moved from the field of speculation, will become inalienable and tormenting Flax part of the consciousness of every responsible group, scientific or political.
During my two-day stay, I saw five different types of aircraft studied and operated by our Air Force - with the assistance and permission of the etherists! ... But I stopped thinking - such concepts as dematerialization of “solid” bodies have become so familiar to me. The free flow of the etheric, or spiritualized, body from one state to another has been obvious to me all these years ... [1]
Leonard Stringfield, 1970s - 1980s
L. Stringfield allegedly found a man in 1978 who served in the Wright-Patterson Air Base in 1966-1968 , where about 30 disks were stored, one of which flew (stored in the hangars of the Langley, Virginia , and MacDill, Florida air bases), and 9 humanoids. They talked about squadrons created to search for similar things lying on the ground.
Stringfield also tracked down Captain W.-A. Poslethwaite, who allegedly read a secret telegram in 1948 describing the depressurization at the White Sands training ground, New Mexico , a flying disk and the subsequent death of 5 crew members - 4- foot big-headed creatures.
Stringfield also spoke with Colonel X Blanc, who was involved in examining a disk discovered in northern New Mexico in the summer of 1962 . He was like two folded plates 30 feet in diameter and 12 feet high, next to two corpses in silver overalls; everything was delivered by helicopters without identification marks.
Another anonymous author was called a test pilot who jumped into one of the Wright-Patterson hangars, where he was detained by a guard with the words: "I believe, sir, you are not supposed to be here . " Fenced with a rope, there "was a strange-looking object. 12 to 15 feet long and 8 feet high, looking like a pair of inverted plates. He piled on two stands ... No signs, no markings and, what caught my eye, no signs of riveting. ... Finally, Uncle Sam got his own flying saucer . "
Another Stringfield story: N. Gardner, who was dying in Price Hill, Cincinnati, from cancer, with the words “now Uncle Sam will not get me, I’m already in the grave with one foot”, told her familiar UFO fan C. Wilhelm about how she, in 1955 while working in Wright-Patterson, she described unknown objects and even saw how they carried two humanoids in a gurney [1] .
In his 1980 UFO Crash Syndrome , Stringfield writes that when he wanted to report on it in Dayton , the CIA allegedly contacted him and threatened him with drowning and a plane crash. He made the report, but it was allegedly dragged from the stage and kept in a hotel for some time [2] .
R. Fowler, 1973
Someone R. Fowler tracked down the scientist F. Werner, who collaborated with the US Air Force from the 1940s to the 1960s , who solemnly vowed that “May 21, 1953, performing a special mission of the US Air Force, took part in the examination of the accident site of an unknown object in the area Kingman, Arizona . " He, along with other specialists, was allegedly taken to his place on a bus with curtained windows.
The object was made of an unknown, aluminum-like metal. When falling, it crashed 20 inches into the sand without any tangible damage to the structure. It was oval in shape, about 30 feet in diameter. The access hatch was opened by lowering it vertically. The hatch was 3.5 feet high and 1.5 wide. I managed to exchange several phrases with one expert who looked inside. There he saw two swivel chairs, a rounded cab, many tools and displays ...
In the tent, crashed near the object, was the body of a single crew member. His height was about 4 feet, swarthy, almost brown. 2 eyes, 2 nostrils, 2 ears and a small rounded mouth. Dressed in a silver metallic jumpsuit, a hat made of the same material on his head [1]
Dr. Dell mentioned in the message, as Fowler found out, really exists.
FBI Documents, 1974
On July 4, 1974, the US Congress passed an amendment to the Freedom of Information Act (see History of Ufology ), according to which every citizen had access to any information the disclosure of which would not jeopardize national security. Among other materials, the FBI, previously classified:
- The FBI agent informed Director E. Hoover :
According to the Air Force inquirer, three so-called flying saucers were picked up in New Mexico. The shape is round, the top in the center is raised, fifty feet in diameter. Three human-like creatures about three feet tall were found in each, in overalls made of very elastic metal material. Overalls are similar to those used by pilots of high-speed aircraft and test pilots. According to <...>, saucers were discovered in New Mexico due to the fact that the government in that region has extremely powerful radars that are believed to violate the flying saucer control system [1]
- Memorandum for Mr. Ladd of July 15, 1947 :
Mr. <...> also discussed this issue with Colonel L. R. Forney of the Intelligence Directorate. Colonel Farney said: since it was established that flying discs are not weapons of the Army or Navy, the FBI, in his opinion, should show interest in them. He said that the bureau should whenever possible heed the request of General Schulgen [1]
- Hoover Resolution:
I would not mind, but before giving consent, we must get free access to the selected drives. <...>, as, for example, in the <...> case, when the Army captured it, preventing even a cursory inspection [1]
- July 30 FBI circular agents:
The army air forces assured the bureau of their full cooperation in these matters, and in cases where the necessary information will not be provided or you will be denied the opportunity to inspect the selected disc, the bureau should be urgently notified [1]
Nicholas von Poppen, 1977
Baron N. Poppen, the inventor of a new method of photographing, was allegedly invited to work by two unknown people at the end of the 1940s, who appeared in his photo workshop. He was taken to the air base by plane, where he was ordered to remove a huge metal disk, the inside of which was studded with levers, buttons and patterns, “symbols”. There were also armchairs to which short creatures were fastened. Poppen shot - they removed the film from him. He was threatened with eviction from the country if he let it slip, Poppen withheld one of the shots, put in an envelope and said to open if anything happens to him. With his death in 1975, the envelope was opened and ended up without a film [1] .
Linda Howe, 1983
Air Force officer R. Dowty made an appointment with journalist L. Howe, which was held at Kertland Air Base. Howe asked for a film depicting the UFO that was written about, in return a promise was made to think about it and report under the pseudonym “Falcon” (subsequently the film was never transferred). Then, allegedly with the permission of his superiors, he handed her the document “Information for the US President” for reading without copying. She began to read about the discovery in New Mexico in 1949 of an unknown drive delivered to Los Alamos . Secret projects were pointed out to study it and to study unidentified flying objects: Aquarius , Snowbird , Pomegranate, and another group of 12 people designated MJ [1] .
It was indicated about the airbases where the bodies of the dead EBE were kept - Extraterrestrial Biological Entities (gray, stunted, long-armed, with 4 webbed fingers, holes instead of the nose and ears), as well as the subsequent contacts with EBE-2 and EBE-3, during which it was found out that they arrived from a binary star system at a distance of 55 light years from Earth. Tens of thousands of years ago, these creatures carried out genetic experiments on the primates of the Earth, and 2 thousand years ago a man was sent to people who was called to teach them humanity and peacefulness! [one]
Jaime Chander, 1987
Producer D. Chander, known for his addiction to this topic, in December 1984 found in his mailbox an anonymous envelope with the stamp of Albuquerque. Inside were documents dated September 24, 1947. After mentioning the Roswell case , the documents read as follows:
On December 6, 1950, a second object of the same origin, drawing a long trajectory in the air, crashed into the ground in the area of El Indio - Guerrero on the border of Texas and Mexico. By the time the search team arrived, what was left of the site was almost completely burned out. The debris that was collected was delivered to the Atomic Energy Commission at Sandia, New Mexico, for study [1]
Documents after the examination were considered false, which was officially approved from the very beginning, although according to Kolchin, “the Air Force somehow shies away from answering questions about the reliability of the above document by Admiral Hillenkotter and the very fact of the crash of UFOs in 1947, stating that all the documentation on allegedly destroyed in this case ” [2] .
Michael Seligman 1988
October 14, 1988 from Las Vegas broadcast the film M. Seligman "Tucked UFOs? Live Shooting ” , in which there was allegedly an interview with two intelligence officers named pseudonyms Sokol and Condor . The first confirmed the existence of the Majestic-12 and Aquarius projects. They tried to communicate with the captured humanoids, even introduced him some kind of device to improve articulation . There were, confirmed, contacts with EBE-2, EBE-3 (they arrive from the stars Zeta-1 and Zeta-2 of the constellation Grids ; which could be explained by the popularity of B. Hill's stories ) - they have de heart and lungs combined in one organ, the same with the kidneys and the bladder, the brain is complex, IQ is high, they practice a religion in which the universe is worshiped as the supreme deity; live for about 400 years! They have a transparent octahedron with them, in which the features of landscapes appear, they love Old Tibetan music, "they prefer vegetables, and their favorite treat is ice cream, especially strawberry . " Falcon added:
We have data that representatives of at least one more civilization visit our planet ... A person from the M-12 committee told me that over the past quarter century they were able to make sure that nine different types of aliens visit the Earth [1]
Here is a detail said independently of the Falcon by Condor:
We believe that between the US government and the aliens an agreement was signed about the following content: we keep the secret of your presence, you promise not to interfere in the affairs of the (earthly) community, and in addition, you are given freedom of action in the designated area in the United States. This area is known as Area 51 , or Dreamland, in Nevada. [1]
Bob Lazar 1989
In March 1989, journalist D.Knapp showed on television a man who called himself Dennis (later it will be revealed that his name is Robert Scott Lazar ), who claimed that in 1988 he allegedly attracted the attention of some people in search of work. Those looked at him for a long time, until in December of that year he was accepted into the S-4 object controlled by the US Navy in Nevada. He was brought in by a bus with tinted windows to the hill, into which the doors leading to the hangars were built. Lazar was introduced to typewritten documents describing the device of flying disks (they say he was invited to understand their operating principle) and the structure of certain short creatures called "kids" . He also describes a 30- to 35- foot drive that was made to fly.
Such an object allegedly works on element 115 (at that time unknown), a very heavy substance of orange color, the military had about 500 pounds of it at its disposal. It is placed in the "reactor" of antiparticles in the form of a hemisphere with a large circle on the plate, from the "reactor" comes up like a pipe. Here, according to Lazar's assumption, a gravitational field is created.
When bombarded by protons, it turns into element 116 , then it releases antimatter and reacts with this substance, called the annihilation reaction ...
At the bottom of the disk are three gravitational amplifiers. For what? Imagine a disk in outer space, and now all three gravitational generators are focused at a certain point - where you need to fly. We use this analogy: a thin rubber sheet is spread out in front of you on the table, its corners are pinned with buttons. Put a stone on the edge of the rubber sheet and imagine that it is your spaceship. Now select a point, any point within the sheet where you need to fly. To do this, pinch that place with your fingers and pull it to your ship. So the point is focused and tightened.
You turn off the gravity generator, and the stone (or spacecraft) moves behind the stretched rubber. There is no and cannot be a straight flight in space. He (the ship), bending space and time, follows space as it recedes [1]
Work in S-4 for him ended on the first day after the first Wednesday of March 1989. On Wednesdays, he got into a habit of taking his friends to the border of the training ground, and there, in the distance, they several times observed an incomprehensible glow. The next day he was summoned to a military airport near Las Vegas, he was threatened and intimidated by a pistol. Fearing for his life after the shelling of his car, he decided to publish what he knew [1] .
Ray Santilli, 1995
In the summer of 1995, a black-and-white silent film was shown showing the autopsy of an unidentified creature, provided by rock producer R. Santilli, the owner of a recording studio. According to Santilli, he went to the United States, it seems, from the UK to collect material for a film about E. Presley . There he met an elderly cameraman nicknamed Jack Barnett (not his real name), who offered something else in addition to the unknown videos from Presley: about 50 years ago, the autopsy shot by him of an unknown humanoid corpse, for which he was sent from Washington to the southern United States. The amount was requested such that Santilli could not immediately pay it. He returned to England, and then bought 14 videotapes for $ 100,000 in the hope of benefiting from them. “It all depends on whether the films pass authentication. If they pass this test, they will become something like the Shroud of Turin . If not, they will be transferred to the category of fakes. I really don’t know what will happen to them . ” Researcher F. Mantle asked Santilli to arrange a telephone conversation with Barnett, who told how he served with General McMullen and how he was sent from Washington for filming [1] .
Proposed interpretations of these cases
Alien Crash
According to rumors, all of these things are stored at the Wright-Patterson air base in hangar 18-A of zone B and in the so-called “Blue Chamber” [1] . Supporters of the assumption that US authorities were hiding aliens from citizens were not slow to make themselves felt, the television series “Dark skies” and “The X-Files ” were filmed on this subject.
Misinformation Assumption
It has been suggested that the documents to be thrown, items and testimonies of “eyewitnesses” are deliberately fabricated by the US government. This can be done for various purposes: studying the influence of rumors on the state of the masses, preparing the masses for accepting the fact of the existence of extraterrestrial ships on Earth (the point of view of S. Ya. Tsebakovsky ), distracting researchers from studying UFOs that actually have non-alien origin or distracting people from political and social issues.
Belgrade Case
On August 29, 1992, on the territory of Serbia (then the territory of Yugoslavia) in the area of the city of Belgrade, a UFO was noticed, which allegedly fell into a forest belt outside the city. A short note was published about this case in a local newspaper (Belgrade Hour), three days later the author of the article gave a refutation referring to the fact that this object was not a “flying saucer”, but a space satellite of Russia. The further fate of the fallen object is not known, it was assumed that it was immediately seized and no one but two witnesses (both died during the bombing of Belgrade) did not see it.
Tunguska meteorite
Main article: Tunguska meteorite
Tunguska meteorite (Tunguska phenomenon) - a hypothetical cosmic body, which, presumably, caused an air explosion that occurred in the region of the Podkamennaya Tunguska River (about 60 km north and 20 km west of the village of Vanavara) on June 17 (30), 1908 at 7 hours 14.5 ± 0.8 minutes local time (0 hours 14.5 minutes GMT). The power of the explosion is estimated at 40-50 megatons, which corresponds to the energy of the most powerful hydrogen bomb. Sometimes, among others, ufological versions are expressed that the Tunguska meteorite was an alien alien ship that crashed. Although recently, scientists are inclined to believe that the Tunguska meteorite could be not a meteorite, but a comet [3] .
