Bertil Bertilevich Wagner (born January 12, 1941 , Moscow , USSR ) is a Soviet and Russian geologist , writer , local historian , and teacher . Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Geography and Geoecology, Faculty of Geography, Moscow State Pedagogical University , member of the local history department of the Russian Geographical Society . Member of the Union of Writers of Russia .
