Dzerzhinsky district is an administrative-territorial unit ( district ) and a municipality ( municipal district ) in the east of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of Russia .

The center is the village of Dzerzhinskoye .

Geography

Located in the central part of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in the Usolka River Basin. The length of the region from north to south is 66 kilometers, from west to east - 103 kilometers. The distance to the nearest railway station ( Kansk ) is 84 kilometers. The area of the district is 3610 km².
