Vyngapurovsky is a remote microdistrict of the city of Noyabrsk , a former village, located 83 km from Noyabrsk, in the south of the Purovsky district of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug , located near the administrative border with the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug .

History
According to the 2002 All-Russian Population Census, the population of Vyngapurovsky was 6509 people.
On December 16, 2004 the law of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug No. 99-CJSC “On joining the village of Vyngapurovsky to the city of Noyabrsk of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug” [1] was issued on May 20, 2007 in Vyngapurovsky a survey of citizens was carried out to classify Vyngapurovsky settlement as urban-type settlements [2] . But because of the low voter turnout, the results of this poll in the Vyngapurovsky microdistrict of the city of Noyabrsk were invalid [3]
Education
There is one secondary school in the microdistrict, its unofficial number in the city is 15, pre-school education is also developed, there are two kindergartens: “Berry” and “Teremok”. There is a music school, a children's creativity center "Fakel", a library, a leisure center "Vyngapur".
