Balzac House-Museum (Paris)

The Balzac House Museum is located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris . From 1840 to 1847 French writer Honore de Balzac lived in this house, which at that time was in the Paris suburb (and now the Paris area) of Passy , under a pseudonym , hiding from creditors .
