La Estrada ( Spanish: La Estrada ) - a settlement and municipality in Spain , is part of the province of Pontevedra as part of the autonomous community of Galicia . The municipality is part of the Tabeyros - Tierra de Montes district ( mosquito ). It covers an area of 281 km². The population is 21,828 people (as of 2010 ). The distance to the provincial capital is 22 km.
