Jealousy (Pet Shop Boys song)

“Jealousy” (from the English - “Jealousy”) is a song of the British pop group Pet Shop Boys . She was the first song Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe wrote together. This happened in 1982, at the same time a demo of the song was created, which was originally called “Dead Of Night”. It was recorded on an audio cassette containing two more demos - “Bubadubadubadubadum (All My Wasted Time)” and “Oh Dear (Walking Down The High Street)”, which were never published.

In 1985 and in 1986. the group wanted to release Jealousy on their Please and Actually albums, however, the song was only released in 1990 on Behavior . In 1991, she released a single, which reached 12th place on the British music chart.

In 2006, at the Pet Shop Boys concert at the Mermaid Theater, this song was performed by Robbie Williams . Later this performance was released on the concert album of the duet “ Concrete ”.
