Biography
Born in 1948 in the village of Yamyshevo, Pavlodar region, in the family of a front-line soldier, a rural teacher.
Successfully graduated from the Semipalatinsk Agricultural Institute, and then received a master's degree in economics, political scientist, candidate of economic sciences.
For about ten years Tito Syzdykov worked in farms of the Irtysh and Krasnokutsky districts.
Thanks to his leadership skills and organizational skills, at 29 he headed the state farm, and then for many years was elected to responsible party and Soviet posts. Professionalism, dedication and perseverance helped him to go from an ordinary collective farm specialist to the head of the district administration. At 31, Syzdykov T. U. was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.
From 1997 - 1999 akim of the city of Aksu of Pavlodar region .
In 1999 he was elected to the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan .
Since 2012 - Independent Director, member of the Board of Directors of the National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy Joint-Stock Company.
First elected to the Board of Directors of the Joint Stock Company “National Company“ Kazakhstan Temir Zholy ”on October 2, 2012 [1] .
By the decision of the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC dated July 22, 2015, Tito Syzdykov was elected as the Senior Independent Director of the Board of Directors of the National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy Joint-Stock Company for the period until the end of the term of office of the Board of Directors of the National Company Kazakhstan Temir Joint-Stock Company Zholy.
