Belykh, Yuri Vasilievich

Born September 30, 1941 in the village of Nikolaevka, Ivanteyevsky District, Saratov Region, in a family of employees, Russian. After graduation, he entered the Saratov Technical School No. 1, graduated with a degree in metal turning. In 1967 he graduated from the Saratov Agricultural Institute named after N. I. Vavilov , specializing in scientist agronomist . He worked as a director of a poultry farm. People's Deputy of the Russian Federation ( 1990 - 1993 ). Deprived of the mandate for failure to appear at the X Extraordinary Congress. He was appointed Acting Head of the Administration of the Saratov Region by presidential decree of February 25, 1992 , and on June 30 of the same year, as Head of the Administration. He headed the administration until February 21, 1996 . Member of the Federation Council ( 1994-1996 ). Member of the Committee of the Council of the Federation on Budget, Financial, Currency and Credit Regulation, Money Issues, Tax Policy and Customs Regulation.
