Aleksander Vasilyevich Neradko (born April 4, 1961 , Moscow , USSR ) is a Russian statesman, head of the Federal Air Transport Agency ( Rosaviatsia ), former head of the Rostransnadzor (Federal Transport Supervision Service, 2004-2005) and the Federal Air Navigation Service [ 1] (2005-2009).

Biography
In 1984 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers .
From 1985 to 1987 - aircraft engineer, shift engineer at the aviation technical base of the Vnukovo Production Association . In 1987, he was appointed senior expert at the State Commission for the Supervision of Aircraft Flight Safety under the Government of the USSR (USSR State Aviation Supervision ). In 1992, he took the position of Head of the Department of Investigation of Accidents of the Interstate Aviation Committee .
In 1993, after the transformation of the Federal Air Transport Agency, he became the head of the department for organizing an accident investigation of the General Inspectorate for the Safety of Civil Aircraft of the Russian Federation of the Air Transport Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation . In 1996-1997, he was Deputy Head of the Main Inspection for Flight Safety of Civil Aircraft of the Russian Federation of the Federal Aviation Service of Russia, since 1997 - Head of the Department of State Oversight of Flight Safety of the Federal Aviation Service of Russia, the Federal Air Transport Service of Russia.
In 2000, he headed the state civil aviation service of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and held the post of First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation.
In 2004, he was appointed head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport in the Ministry of Transport. In 2005-2009 - Head of the Federal Air Navigation Service .
In December 2009, he was appointed head of the Federal Air Transport Agency , becoming the fifth head of the organization in five years. In 2010, he transformed the agency, changing the organizational structure and replacing part of the deputies [2] .
Criticism
In February 2018, after the crash of the An-148 Saratov Airlines plane , the honored test pilot of the Russian Federation Magomed Tolboev placed Neradko directly responsible for a sharp decrease in the qualification level of civilian pilots in Russia, which, in his opinion, was the reason for the large number air crashes in recent years [3] .
