Biography
From 1982 to 1992 he played for the Sunday “ Chemist ”. World Champion 1993. Honored Master of Sports of Russia (1993).
Since 1993, he played in the NHL for the teams Calgary Flames , Pittsburgh Penguins , Edmonton Oilers and Anaheim Ducks . In 2002, left the NHL, and returned to Russia. Season 2004/2005 spent for the Sunday “ Chemist ”.
Since the 2013/2014 season, he has been part of the coaching staff of the Novokuznetsk Metallurg , who spoke in the KHL . Since November 4, 2013 he was the head coach of the team [2] [3] .
May 1, 2015 was appointed to the post of head coach of the hockey club Spartak . On October 10, 2016, he was dismissed from his post as head coach of HC Spartak [4] .
December 31, 2017 was appointed to the post of head coach of Omsk “ Vanguard” [5] .
On June 4, 2018, he was appointed head coach of Tractor from Chelyabinsk [6] .
On October 12, 2018, he was removed from the post of head coach of Tractor from Chelyabinsk for family reasons [7] .
