Biography
Born on April 29, 1961 in the village of Novoberezovskoye, Shilkinsky district (now Trans-Baikal Territory ). Graduated from Chita State Pedagogical Institute , candidate of economic sciences .
He was the chairman of the Property Fund of the Chita region . In autumn 1993, a group of voters nominated a candidate for deputy of the State Duma of the first convocation in the Chita constituency No. 188. Later it was included in the support list of the "Choice of Russia" block . On December 12, he was elected deputy, having received 39,670 votes (22.18%). He was a member of the State Duma Committee on Property, Privatization and Economic Activities; on October 18, 1995 he became a member of the Duma Committee on Budget, Taxes, Banks and Finance. Initially, he was a member of the Union December 12 deputy group. In March 1995, he joined the Stability Group and was its co-chair. [one]
He was killed during the election campaign on November 26, 1995 in Petrovsk-Zabaykalsky Chita region with his drunken guard [2] . After the murder, the guard committed suicide [3] .
On October 5, 2011, a memorial plaque in honor of Sergei Alexandrovich was opened in the city of Chita . [four]
