He graduated from the Paris Conservatoire ( 1921 ) under Edouard Risler and Marguerite Long . He enjoyed high prestige as a performer of contemporary French music : he was, at the choice of the composer, the first French performer of the famous Concerto for the left hand of Maurice Ravel , in 1932 he performed the premiere of the Concerto for two pianos Francis Poulenc along with the author.

In the future, Fevrier taught at the Paris Conservatoire, among his students, in particular, Bernard Ringaysen and Alain Planet .
