Biography
He graduated from the medical faculty of the University of Zurich, worked as a doctor in Bulgaria, in 1899-1905. - Associate Professor, School of Medicine, University of Geneva. Since 1905 he lived in Russia, member Central Committee of the Zionist Party (1906-17). An employee of the magazines " Jewish Life ", "Dawn", the author of works on medicine.
In the years 1915-17. - Doctor of a field hospital during the First World War. Since 1917 - member The Central Committee of the Cadet Party. Member of the White movement .
In Crimea
On February 20, 1917, seriously ill patients were taken to the Yalta hospital. March 3 this year, joined the Constitutional Democratic Party and sided with its right wing. In Yalta, he edited the Yalta Voice , and after moving to Simferopol, he edited the Tavricheskiy Golos provincial newspaper of the cadets. He was an opponent of the power of the Soviets and the Provisional Government , supported Kornilovsky putsch . Assisted General M.V. Alekseev in the fight against Bolshevism. He lived in Crimea until April 3, 1919 [1] .
