Panzoot ( Greek παν- - all; ζῷον - animal) - an unusually widespread infectious animal disease , covering a country , a group of countries, a continent . It is the highest degree of epizootic .
Panzoot can start under the following three conditions:
- The emergence of a new, not previously observed disease.
- Infection of several common animal species occurs, and the infection causes severe illness.
- The infectious agent spreads easily and viable among animals.
