Smoligovka is a village in the Smolensk region of Russia , in the Rudnyansky district . It is located in the western part of the region 21 km southeast of Rudny , 30 km northwest of Smolensk , south of the A141 Orel - Vitebsk highway and the Golynky station on the Smolensk- Vitebsk railway line. The population is 562 inhabitants ( 2007 ). The administrative center of the Smoligovsky rural settlement.
