In 1975 - 1979 - a student of the Crimean Art College. N. S. Samokish .
He studied with Yevsey Moiseenko in St. Petersburg, and in 1986 he graduated from the faculty of monumental painting of the Kiev Academy of Arts (now the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture), where he then taught interior design.
In 1986 he left for Germany, since 1998 he lived in the USA.
His works and art projects are widely known in America, 8 personal exhibitions have been held (in 2007 a series of paintings under the general title “Weapon Meditation” was presented).
The artworks are in more than 30 private and public collections in Germany, England, France, Italy, Israel, Australia and the USA.
Skorubsky-Kandinsky developed his own concept of symbolic surrealism , in which he depicts the forces that rule the world and in which souls freed from this world are presented in the form of precious stones.
He was a member of the Lomonosoff Club - an association of famous people who are not indifferent to the image of the Russian-speaking population abroad.
He died in New York on January 10, 2014.
