Lazzaro Uzelli ( Italian: Lazzaro Uzielli ; February 4, 1861 , Florence - October 8, 1943 , Bonn ) - Italian pianist , better known as a music teacher who worked in Germany.

Biography
He studied in Florence with Luigi Vannuccini and Giuseppe Buonamichi , then in Berlin with Ernst Rudorf, and finally at the Frankfurt Conservatory of Joch with Joachim Raff and Clara Schumann . In 1883 - 1907 taught at the Hoch Conservatory, then at the Cologne Conservatory . Among his students, in particular, Alfred Hyun , Erwin Schulhof , Bernhard Zekles , Hans Knappersbush , Cyril Scott .
He played as part of a piano trio with Bram Aldering and Friedrich Gruetzmaherom (and then Emmanuel Feuermann ). For Welte-Mignon he recorded the gavotte of Benjamin Godard .
