Bulgakovo is a village in the Smolensk region of Russia , in the Dukhovshchinsky district . It is located in the northern part of the region 16 km west of the Dukhovshchina , 7 km west of the Eryshi station on the Smolensk - Ozerny railway. The population is 214 inhabitants ( 2007 ). The administrative center of the Bulgakov rural settlement.
