Zakrutie is a village in the Smolensk region of Russia , in the Demidov district . It is located in the north-eastern part of the region 13 km north-west of Demidov , off the P133 Smolensk- Nevel highway. The population is 185 inhabitants ( 2007 ). The administrative center of the Zakrut rural settlement.
