Perepelkin, Lev Vladimirovich

Lev Vladimir Perepelkin ( 1928 , Leningrad - November 7, 1972 , ibid.) - Russian flutist .

Since 1948 he played in the orchestra of the Leningrad Opera and Ballet Theater named after Kirov . He graduated from the Leningrad Conservatory ( 1956 ). As a student, he became a laureate of the Prague Spring International Music Festival ( 1953 ). He performed as a soloist and as part of the Quintet of wind instruments of the Leningrad Philharmonic.

Honored Artist of the RSFSR ( 1967 ).
